Registered Veterinary Technician

Diana graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at St. Lawrence College. Before becoming an RVT, she received an Honours Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology, specializing in neotropical bats. Diana worked all over the world with bats and other wildlife, while collecting data for epidemiology research, focusing on bats and their ectoparasites to help control disease. Diana truly loves all animals, and thrives on giving them to best care possible. She has 5 cats and 3 dogs at home, including her lovely Bianca (Pictured). Diana’s house is definitely never boring or pet hair-free!

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment with at least 48 hours notice it will be cancelled. As appointments are in high demand, this allows us the necessary time to rebook the appointment time for someone on our waiting list.

After two missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice, we will require pre-payment for any future appointments. This amount will be non-refundable 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
