At Princess Animal Hospital, we maintain a supply of common medications pets require. When more specialized medications are needed, we use our contacts at human pharmacies in Kingston to obtain them.

We carry a range of pet food. Prescription foods are available for pets with specific illnesses. Life stage diets are available for healthy, young, adult and senior dogs and cats. You can also use our Online Store option and have your pet’s food delivered right to your home!

We will tailor a health care program to suit the needs of your pet. We provide preventive medicine and health care from birth through the golden years.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment with at least 48 hours notice it will be cancelled. As appointments are in high demand, this allows us the necessary time to rebook the appointment time for someone on our waiting list.

After two missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice, we will require pre-payment for any future appointments. This amount will be non-refundable 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
